improve our customers’ claims experience, Safeco is changing how we process
glass claims for auto, recreational vehicle and motorcycle. This applies to
personal lines and commercial lines business.
Effective immediately, if an
insured contacts your office regarding a glass claim, please direct them to the
Safeco Glass Network at (800) 862-6777 to report their claim. The Glass Network
will no longer accept calls from an agent on behalf of an insured.

implementing this change in an effort to:
Streamline the claims process for

Expedite the repair process for insureds;
Provide
