The students are among 950 who study at Kaplan’s Hagerstown campus. Kaplan also has campuses in Iowa and Nebraska. Most of its 66,000 students dont use a campus, they study online. Lori Slick’s class is an example of blended instruction: two hours in class plus online assignments in chatrooms.
